Job Description: As an HVAC Technician at Peters Heating and Air Conditioning, you will play a key role in providing top-notch HVAC services to our customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and/or repairing various HVAC systems, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and local codes.
Collaborate with customers to provide expert advice and solutions to meet their specific HVAC needs.
Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
HVAC certification or relevant trade school diploma.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and occasionally in tight spaces.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on rooftops when necessary.
