About Bay Electric:
Bay Electric Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout. This role works closely with field leadership, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial electrical projects from kickoff to completion
- Coordinate schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement
- Preparing estimates, proposals, and supporting RFP responses
- Track budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinating with field foremen and electricians to keep projects on track
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and field supervisors
- Support safety compliance and quality control initiatives
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of electrical contracting experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrical License (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet background requirements for base access
- Knowledge of NEC standards and construction workflows
