Job Responsibilities:
- Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or below budgeted labor hours
- Educate clients on equipment or systems operation, available programs and ensure complete client satisfaction
- Follow company procedures to improve sales and installation in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness on all jobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areas
- Assist warehouse person as requested with pulling jobs and parts
- Own the necessary tools and/or equipment required to complete installations
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by company insurance carrier
- Process and complete all paperwork on a daily basis
- Be safety conscience on the jobsite, in the company vehicles and in the warehouse
- Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent field experience
- CFC, EPA and NATE certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean neat appearance, positive attitude and demeanor
- Ability to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Efficiency in working with sheet metal and duct-work
- Vocational school degree or equivalent experience

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
