## Overview
We are immediately seeking a highly skilled, motivated self starter and experienced leader of people. You will be a lead technician and also manage multiple crews, yours and currently one other team. This candidate must be an experienced Mini Split / HVAC Lead Technician / Installer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ (not mandatory) years of proven experience with fossil fuel applications such as boilers, furnaces, and dual fuel such as Gas Furnace/Heat Pump Combos also Mini Split installation experience is a must. Ducted HVAC installation and a strong technical background is needed. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the fastest growing heat pump company in Massachusetts. You will contribute to the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems installed in the Southborough, MA area of Metrowest.
Pay range is based on experience; the ideal candidate would have 10+ years of experience.
## Responsibilities
- Install Ductless and Ducted Heat Pumps / Mini Splits
- Install HVAC systems following specifications.
- Remove fossil fuel applications and replace with heat pump systems
- Perform maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems
- Drive company van to job sites
- Manage Daily Tasks of company Technicians
- Ensure Quality of installations of Crew 1 & Crew 2
## Skills
- Proficiency with Ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Ability to maintain and service ALL HVAC equipment
- Brazing skills for building components
- Knowledge of HVAC repair techniques
- Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician is beneficial
- Previous experience managing crews or technicians is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record is highly desired

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
