Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and preparing custom sheet metal components used in commercial flat roofing systems, including flashing, coping, gutters, and specialty metal work.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabricate sheet metal components (aluminum, steel, copper, etc.) for commercial roofing systems

· Operate fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, rollers, and CNC machinery

· Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications

· Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials with precision

· Ensure all fabricated materials meet quality and safety standards

· Coordinate with project managers and field crews to meet production timelines

· Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment

· Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

· 3+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience (roofing or construction industry preferred)

· Experience with commercial flat roofing components (coping, flashing, edge metal, etc.) strongly preferred

· Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints

· Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery

· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

· Valid driver’s license preferred
