Pay: $30.00 per hour + $110/day per diem

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems (carbon steel, stainless, PVC, copper, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping diagrams
Measure, cut, thread, groove, and bend pipe to required specifications
Install valves, pumps, supports, and other mechanical system components
Perform hydrostatic and pressure testing on piping systems
Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs
Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards

Requirements:

Five (5+) years of pipefitting experience in commercial or industrial environments
Ability to perform all helper and mechanic-level duties
Experience with pipe installation, layout, and system tie-ins
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply relevant codes
Skilled in using pipe threading machines, beveling tools, and cutting equipment
Experience operating lifts, rigging equipment, and pipe benders (manual or hydraulic)
Ability to troubleshoot and repair piping systems and components
Capable of lifting, climbing, digging, and working in physically demanding environments
Strong understanding of job site safety practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
