**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems under the guidance of the lead installer.
- Carry out tasks such as ductwork, wiring, tubing, and system testing.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and equipment.
- Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
