What You Will Do

As a Commercial Facilities Tech, you will be the face of Pro Plus Services on-site. You will handle a diverse range of repairs including:

Commercial Hardware: Repairing/installing door closers, panic bars, and hinges.
Kitchen Surfaces: FRP panels, stainless steel trim, and tile/grout repairs.
General Trades: Drywall, light plumbing, and facility punch-lists.
Digital Management: Using mobile apps (ServiceChannel/Corrigo) to track work orders.

Candidate Requirements

Location: Ideally based between Southern NH and the Greater Boston area. * Experience: 3+ years in multi-trade construction, commercial maintenance, or high-end residential repair.
Clean Driving Record: Mandatory for our insurance.
Availability: Willingness to participate in an occasional on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
Professionalism: You must be comfortable communicating with store managers and corporate facility teams.
