Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing operations on multifamily ground-up and renovation projects across the Southeastern United States. This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring all plumbing systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate has strong multifamily experience, leadership capability, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on ground-up and renovation multifamily projects
Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents and other trades
Interpret and execute plumbing plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Ensure installations meet code requirements, quality standards, and project timelines
Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity
Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
Enforce jobsite safety standards and participate in safety meetings
Support inspections, testing, and project closeout activities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing with a strong focus on multifamily construction
Proven experience as a Foreman or lead plumber managing crews
Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and submittals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast

Preferred:
