Job Overview
AeroShine Pro is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support operations for our drone-based exterior facade cleaning and maintenance services. In this role, you will help coordinate projects that leverage advanced drone technology to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality building cleaning solutions. You’ll work closely with drone pilots, field crews, and clients to ensure projects are executed smoothly from planning through completion.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating drone-based cleaning and maintenance projects
- Support site assessments, including logistics, safety considerations, and access planning
- Coordinate with drone pilots and field technicians to ensure efficient job execution
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Maintain project documentation, including flight logs, compliance records, and service reports
- Communicate with clients regarding project status, scheduling, and expectations
- Help manage project budgets, materials, and resource allocation
- Identify potential risks (weather, site constraints, equipment limitations) and assist in mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and company protocols
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, field-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, building maintenance, facilities management, or cleaning services
- Familiarity with drone operations or interest in UAV technology
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and regulatory compliance
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor coordination
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
