Prestige Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a leader in plumbing services across Staten Island and NYC. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliability, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in plumbing and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of plumbing construction projects.

· Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Review blueprints, scope of work, and project documentation.

· Track job progress, manage change orders, and control project costs.

· Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

· Conduct regular site visits, attend project meetings, and provide status reports.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the plumbing or construction industry.

· Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, codes, and construction processes.

· Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

· Proficient in project management tools and software.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

· Strong communication and decision-making skills.

· OSHA certification and valid driver’s license preferred.
