Job Summary
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our fast-growing team. You’ll use your skills and training to ensure our customers’ systems run smoothly, delivering the top-notch service we’re known for.
We serve a wide array of facility and customer types, including distribution centers, industrial plants, universities, airports, healthcare facilities, self-storage units, and more. With approximately 700 employees across Ohio, New York, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment issues without callbacks
- Perform maintenance, service repairs, and installations of HVAC systems up to 15 tons
- Repair or replace defective parts and controls as needed
- Communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient job completion
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For
- EPA Certification (required)
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC service
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
