Job Overview

DiBucci and Sons is hiring a Full-Time Concrete Finisher in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants steady work, strong pay, and a long-term opportunity with a company that values reliability and skill.

Your essential role is to mix, pour, and finish concrete for various construction projects such as sidewalks, driveways, steps, patios, and retaining walls.

Responsibilities and Duties

Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete for sidewalks, driveways, patios, steps, and retaining walls
Build and set wood or plastic forms
Mix, spread, and monitor concrete during the curing process
Follow safety standards and jobsite best practices

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent education
Experience in the construction or concrete industry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
