Job Title: TIG Welder
Location - Dallas, TX
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years TIG welding experience, specifically working with sheet metal
- Minimum 1 years supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to assist in organizing workflow and coordinating activities within a production team
- Working knowledge of welding fundamentals, fabrication standards, and quality requirements
- Experience working with ERP or production tracking systems preferred
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on sheet metal components to meet production and quality standards
- Support Lead Welder in helping more junior Welders on related Production objectives
- Operate production equipment and welding machinery
- Inspect finished and in-process parts to verify compliance with specifications
- Move raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods using pallet jacks or manual handling
- Count and verify completed production orders
- Label, mark, and stage parts for identification and traceability
- Track movement of materials from WIP to finished goods within the ERP system
- Stage products based on production schedule and completion status
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies within the production area
- Support production leadership in maintaining organized and efficient workflow
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
