ELM Builders is a small, custom home builder serving the island of Maui. We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and strong relationships with our clients and trade partners.
We’re looking for a Carpenter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a solid crew, and wants to grow in residential construction.
What You’ll Do
- Perform framing, finish, and general carpentry work
- Read plans and follow project specifications
- Work closely with the team, subcontractors, and supervisors
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Support and mentor apprentices when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for the right person to grow with our team. Ideal candidates will bring:
- 3+ years experience as a Carpenter (residential preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high quality work
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Interest in growing into a Foreman role is a plus.
