Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our remodeling team. We specialize in all interior; primarily finished basements, kitchens, and bathrokms. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry projects, including construction, remodeling, and installation. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements and calculations to ensure accurate cuts and installations
- Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry elements
- Construct and install metal stud framing
- Lay flooring and tiles with precision
- Complete drywall installation and plastering
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry equipment
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
- Expertise in flooring installation, cabinet installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing
- Familiarity with remodeling projects and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
