Job Overview
The ideal candidate for the Carpenter position will be dedicated to the team and have solid experience in various construction and remodeling projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency with both hand and power tools.

We are seeking local individuals who want to work hard in a team-based environment and earn a competitive wage. Job sites are local, within 15 miles of Old Saybrook. You will need to have basic tools and transportation.

Responsibilities:

Work as a team member constructing and/or rebuilding residential structures, both interior and exterior
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

Skill and experience in various aspects of construction, including remodeling, trim carpentry, framing, siding installation, etc.
Reliability and dependability are a MUST
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively and safely
Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
A proactive and positive attitude
Must have basic tools and transportation
