The Role
We're hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose and resolve residential heating and cooling issues independently, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help mentor the next generation of techs. You'll be the expert in the home — running service calls, troubleshooting complex systems, and presenting repair options with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers
- Present repair options clearly and professionally using our flat-rate pricing system
- Build customer rapport that drives referrals and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
- Complete invoices, option sheets, and curbside feedback accurately and on time
- Collaborate with dispatch, service management, and comfort advisors to keep operations running smoothly
- Mentor apprentice technicians in the field
- Participate in weekly team meetings, in-house training, and vendor technical training
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of residential HVAC service experience (motivated candidates with less experience and a strong commitment to learning will be considered)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment schematics
- Proficiency with ductwork, piping, and electrical connections
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field management software is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mentality
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying conditions
- Must pass a background check
