We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Requirements:
- Effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing form
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to climb ladders, carry 50+ lbs daily
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Possess and use own hand tools (in good condition and quality)
- Must have reliable transportation
- 3-5 years of previous experience with related work
- Must have a good attitude and flexibility to work well with others
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime
