Electrician – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

CMK Construction is a high-tempo construction firm specializing in residential construction projects is seeking a residential electrician. Proven experience in structural residential construction, additions, kitchens, and bathrooms is REQUIRED. Extremely fast-paced environment. Candidate must hit the ground running, be a self-starter, project a positive and professional attitude, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate superb management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, replace, and service electrical panels
- Handle all aspects of electrical work for kitchen and bath remodels, including lighting, outlets, circuits, and appliance wiring
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently
- Coordinate with other trades to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate with customers efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience (remodeling and service upgrades preferred)
- Valid Florida electrical license or journeyman certification (preferred)
- Proficient in NEC and local building codes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Hourly rate $25-$32
