Full-Time Fabricator/Welder: Experienced, Wage DOE
Nuttman Welding & Fabrication, LLC - Sagle, ID
This is a full-time position with benefits offered:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Fabricate and Weld from blueprints and drawings;
- Use Math to analyze and solve problems;
- Layout and fit up;
- Fabricate intricate custom parts;
- Ability to quickly and independently problem solve;
- Attention to detail and work quality is crucial;
- Work in team atmosphere;
- Time management of self and projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year of fabrication experience; two years of welding experience.
Skill and knowledge to pursue Certification.
Would prefer experience with Mobile (on-site) and Heavy Equipment repair.
Required:
- Strong Fabrication Skills including Stair layout;
- Self-motivated, ability to be productive while maintaining work quality;
- Problem solve and troubleshoot in shop and in field;
- Organizational Skills;
- Solid Wire Welding;
- Clean background and driving record, current Driver’s License;
- Dual Shield Welding;
- Air-Arc and Gouge experience, including field work;
- Stick Welding 7018;
- Physical ability to move and carry 80 lbs.;
- Ability to read and fabricate from blueprints and sketches;
- Ability to lay-out and hand sketch drawings;
- Big picture understanding with attention to detail;
- Ability and desire to attain Welding Certificate(s).
Preferred:
- Field experience in fabrication;
- Aluminum Wire Feed Welding;
- Stainless Steel Welding (spray-arc, short-circuiting, or pulsed-arc transfer);
- Possess Welding Certification(s);
- Experience with Mobile (field) and Heavy Equipment repair.

Wage: $23.00 - $26.00/hour DOE.
