Commercial HVACR Service Technician
Marshall Mechanical is hiring a motivated Commercial HVACR Service Technician(s) to join our
growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with HVACR experience who wants to
grow their career in commercial service and refrigeration.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work
ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial HVACR maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot rooftop units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment
- Replace motors, belts, filters, capacitors, and other components
- Assist senior technicians on larger service calls and projects
- Complete service documentation and maintain safety standards
- Provide professional customer service
Requirements:
- 1–3 years HVACR experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
