Overview
Marshall Mechanical is hiring a motivated Lead Commercial HVACR Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive HVACR experience who wants to grow their career in commercial service and refrigeration. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial HVACR maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot rooftop units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment
- Replace motors, belts, filters, capacitors, and other components
- Assist senior technicians on larger service calls and projects
- Complete service documentation and maintain safety standards
- Provide professional customer service
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years commercial HVACR experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Leadership experience preferred

- Torch kit and 2 sets of tanks
- Nitrogen tank and regulator

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
