Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday but FLEXIBLE on hours
Are you tired of working in the field? This position allows you to use you're HVAC skill set to be in an office setting. This position is a mostly in office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in Residential & Commercial HVAC estimation
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for Residential & Commercial HVAC services, including parts, labor, and materials.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals
- Collaborate with technicians, service managers, and installation teams to ensure accuracy of estimates and project timelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, code requirements, and industry best practices.
- Document customer interactions, estimates, and job details in CRM and estimating software.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC estimation in RI market
- Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or HVAC certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior Residential & Commercial HVAC field experience (service, install, or repair).
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency rebates and financing programs.
