Construction X Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Houston with a strong background in construction estimating. This role supports regional and national projects and requires hands-on knowledge of real construction costs, timelines, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate construction projects accurately and efficiently
- Support project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review scopes, pricing, and timelines before execution
- Assist with ongoing project oversight as needed
Required Experience
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Strong estimating background (required)
- Knowledge of commercial or infrastructure projects preferred
- Houston-area familiarity is a must
This Role Is Not For
- Anyone without real estimating experience
- Paper-only PMs with no field or cost knowledge
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
