Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. This energetic professional will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. As a key member of our team, you will ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and building codes, contributing to the successful completion of projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and commercial buildings
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently
Perform heavy lifting tasks and utilize carpentry skills as needed for framing or supporting plumbing installations
Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures
Follow schematics and technical instructions to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems or mechanical components
Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Experience

Valid licensure as a plumber with demonstrated experience in construction plumbing projects
Hands-on experience working on construction sites with exposure to heavy lifting, assembly, and remodeling tasks
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems
Familiarity with welding techniques, pipe threading, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation is highly desirable
Prior experience using hand tools, power tools, HVAC equipment, and carpentry skills in a construction setting
Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations necessary for precise installations
Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one is a plus for site transportation needs
