Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the HVAC/R field.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and ventilation processes.
Mechanical skills with the ability to build and repair various types of equipment.
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical documents related to HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
