Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper operation of mechanical components.
- Utilize brazing and equipment repair skills to fix or modify system components as needed.
- Conduct field service visits for property maintenance, appliance repair, and HVAC system upgrades across diverse locations.
Skills
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration).
- Solid mechanical knowledge with expertise in construction-related systems and property maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with plumbing and refrigeration systems is essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective field service delivery. Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
