We are currently seeking a full time 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic. The ideal candidates will have prior experience with food manufacturing equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to finish with occasional Saturday work as needed.

The Maintenance mechanic will work with a maintenance department that sets up, installs, repairs, and maintains machinery, equipment of a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include:

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and off hours and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of facility equipment.
Prepare and sets up machinery for production runs.
Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, welding, fabrication and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of food processing and packaging machines.
Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Must Comply with OSHA Safety and Health, USDA and SQF rules.
