Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are a small new company with 20+ years of experience in the industry. We value people who are willing to always be learning and understand the importance of customer service in our industry! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled person to join our team and be part of a great crew.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify electrical or mechanical faults
- Repair or replace HVAC components
- Maintain detailed service records to document completed work and system conditions in Service Titan.
- Work well with customers and the team to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a residential HVAC Tech
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read HVAC design plans accurately
- Skilled in equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Experience with field service operations involving installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential settings
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
