About the Role
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll lead residential installation projects, ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality. You’ll mentor helpers, manage workflow, and deliver a five-star customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and start up residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork)
- Lead and train HVAC install helpers and apprentices
- Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, and management
- Ensure installations meet code, safety, and quality standards
- Keep company vehicle and tools clean and organized
- Represent Comfort Services with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain – we’ll assist!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
