What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled service appointments

Identify electrical and mechanical issues efficiently

Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to homeowners

Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit

Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding job status, inventory needs, and field observations
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

EPA Certification (Universal preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

HVAC trade school or technical education

Experience with sheet metal fabrication or air balancing
