Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. to current customers.
Qualified Installers will apply their technical skills and knowledge to install, start up and troubleshoot new systems, and install ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems used in residential and small commercial settings. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years’ experience as a HVAC Installer or Service Tech required
- EPA certification
- Must have low voltage experience and know how to start up a system
- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential and small commercial equipment
- Clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be professional and clean in appearance
- Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
