Tradesource Inc. is actively searching for highly skilled journeyman or master sheet metal workers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in on site fabricating, layout, and installation of ductwork, and diffusers for HVAC systems, including roof top units and VAV's within the framework of multi-residential to commercial construction projects. This position requires a deep comprehension of HVAC schematics and blueprints with the capability to effectively navigate diverse construction sites independently or in a team environment to ensure the safe and productive completion of work.
We are paying licensed sheet metal workers $40 - $45/Hr. depending on experience and licensure. We also provide a benefits package that includes:

Duties
- Install HVAC/Ductwork systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and schematics for the layout of ductwork systems.
- Use power and hand tools for various sheet metal tasks, including modifications of ductwork systems.
- Perform heavy lifting to install or remove HVAC fixtures and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating in construction environments.
Requirements
- A current MA or RI. journeyman or master sheet metal license.
- Reliable transportation.
