We are a well-established, fast-growing residential HVAC company serving the Watertown, MA area, seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This role is primarily residential with some light commercial work.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Mentor and support install apprentices and junior technicians
- Run low-voltage wiring to HVAC equipment
- Install refrigerant linesets and line hide using proper techniques and materials
- Install sheet metal, flex duct, and hard ductwork in residential applications
- Install and connect gas lines in compliance with applicable codes
- Accurately track and record materials used for job costing and replenishment
- Complete all required documentation, including install checklists, photos, and daily progress notes
- Troubleshoot installation issues with support from supervisors or manufacturer technical support when needed
- Represent the company professionally with homeowners and teammates
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential focus preferred)
- Experience installing a variety of HVAC equipment (ducted systems, mini-splits, furnaces, air handlers, etc.)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, tight spaces, and varying temperatures
