Chief Heating & Cooling is a family-owned mechanical contractor based in Lee's Summit, MO working on projects throughout the Kansas City metro area. We work on varied projects ranging from small tenant finish to new construction on multi-story buildings in the office, retail, and restaurant commercial industries.
We are looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair problems with commercial and residential HVAC equipment
- Replacement of commercial and residential equipment
- Install new commercial and residential equipment
- Mentor service technician apprentices
Qualifications:
- 7 or more years experience with HVAC service
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to install HVAC equipment, controls, and wiring
- Ability to braze refrigerant lines
- Clean driving record allowing the use of company vehicles
- NATE Certification
- EPA 608 Certification

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
