Responsibilities
As our Master HVAC Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Recommend memberships and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation using company technology
- Represent the Aire Serv brand with professionalism and integrity
- Help establish best practices and contribute to building a positive company culture
- Mentor future technicians as our team grows
Qualifications Required
- Missouri Master HVAC License (meeting Kansas City requirements)
- Residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
