Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and thermostats
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
- Verify proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance
- Complete service documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Recommend repair and replacement options when appropriate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification preferred
- Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Radiant and Geothermal Experience Appriciated
