Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Estimator/Project Manager to lead the planning, estimation, and execution of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate project bids, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery from initial concept through final completion, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and bid documents using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, incorporating cost control measures to maximize efficiency.
Manage all aspects of project execution including procurement, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, contractual obligations, and project timelines.
Coordinate with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines while controlling costs and minimizing risks.

Skills

Need experience for excavation construction
Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for accurate bid preparation.
Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
Extensive experience in construction estimating, project management, and construction site supervision.
Knowledge of cost control techniques to manage budgets effectively across multiple projects.
Familiarity with construction contracts, legal considerations, and compliance standards.
Ability to coordinate complex projects from inception through completion with excellent organizational skills.
