Position Overview
As a Residential / Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems throughout Northeast Ohio.
This position is ideal for experienced technicians who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and taking ownership of their work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, rooftop units, and HVAC controls
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and business customers
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- EPA Certification preferred
- Refrigeration experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and service inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control-related issues
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in paid on-call rotation
