You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of audio visual systems and low‑voltage infrastructure across client sites, ensuring seamless operation of integrated technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure audio visual equipment including projectors, screens, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and control systems according to schematics and technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on low‑voltage systems such as telecommunication cabling, data networks, and electrical wiring
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to AV equipment and low‑voltage systems using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge
- Use hand tools and mechanical skills to modify or repair cabling infrastructure, racks, panels, and hardware components
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately install or repair systems
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues onsite, perform repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including service reports, system configurations, and maintenance logs
- Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and clear communication at all times while working in high‑end client environments
Requirements
- Proven experience with electrical systems (E&I), low‑voltage wiring, cabling techniques, or telecommunication infrastructure
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools for installation and repairs
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting related to AV systems and computer hardware integration
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals with precision
- Familiarity with computer hardware setup and maintenance in AV environments
- Electrical experience including understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures
- Excellent field service skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Professional appearance, communication, and conduct suitable for high‑end residential and commercial environments
- Valid technical certifications or training related to low‑voltage systems or electrical work (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
