Latta Kennedy Builders is a high-end residential remodeling company serving Chester County and surrounding areas. Our projects range from detailed kitchen and bath renovations to full-scale historic home restorations.

We’re hiring a Working Project Manager/Lead Carpenter to run jobs from start to finish while remaining hands-on in the field.

This is a 50/50 role, ideal for an experienced carpenter ready to take ownership of projects, not step away from the tools.

Responsibilities

Field Work (50%)

Perform residential carpentry (framing through finish)
Lead and work alongside 1-2 assistants, and subcontractors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Step in wherever needed to keep the project moving

Project Management (50%)

Manage job schedules and daily operations
Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
Communicate with clients, team, and operations
Provide daily updates via Microsoft Teams
Track time for in-scope and out-of-scope work
Plan ahead for labor, materials, and upcoming phases
