McMahon Plumbing & Heating is hiring an & Heating technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and take ownership of jobs from start to finish. If you’re looking for steady year-round work, strong pay, and a team that values quality over volume, we’d like to talk.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems
- Handle service calls and occasional install support
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions
- Deliver high-quality work that builds long-term customer trust
- Occasionally assist with HVAC work
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of residential plumbing and heating experience
- Journeyman License preferred, not required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs
- Solid communication and
- Valid driver’s license + clean record

- Monday–Friday (full-time)
- Rotating on-call (evenings/weekends)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
