If you are a Heavy Civil Project Manager experienced with paving and wet underground for public utilities and are ready to immediately take over a project, WE NEED YOU!

Responsibilities:

Managing HHWY, road, and underground utility projects from cradle to grave.
Evaluate the proposal drawings and specifications and determine the required contents of the estimate and scope.
All other required tasks as needed.

Background Profile

This position requires 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction management.
B.S. degree in Engineering, Estimating, or equivalent years of experience.
5 years of ground-up public wet underground wet utilities, HHWY, roads, etc.
Proven experience delivering complex and large-scale proposals.
Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and write compellingly.
