Hands-On Expertise: Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with a commitment to getting it right the first time.
Physical Readiness: Comfort working with heavy objects, machinery, and in tight spaces.
Technical & Math Skills: Good understanding of computers, electronics, and basic math.
Great Communication Skills: You enjoy helping customers understand their systems and feel confident in your work.

HVAC Technician Requirements

Valid GA Driver’s License with a Clean MVR
Minimum 2 Years of Field Experience
EPA Certification & Job-Specific Tools (NATE certification is a plus)
Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
Technical Training or Completed Apprenticeship

HVAC TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITES

Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems for residential clients, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Install new HVAC systems, following specs and safety guidelines.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records and a safe work environment.
