We're looking for an ambitious, technically strong Sheet Metal Technician who wants to do great work for a company that actually appreciates it. Not a number on a schedule. A craftsman who takes pride in every job.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading sheet metal scope on residential heating, cooling, and mini-split installations
- Layout, cutting, and fitting of sheet metal components on the job site
- Coordinating with the service team on projects requiring both disciplines
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications
- Keeping your vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and organized
- Representing Pinnacle with professionalism on every job site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation and sheet metal experience
- You don't need 20 years - you need drive and a commitment to doing the job right
- Must be an independent thinker who is equally comfortable collaborating with a team
- Comfortable representing Pinnacle professionally and interacting with clients on the job site
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise work
- Ability to read blueprints and work from specifications
- Eagerness to learn new technology and grow with a scaling company
- EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean background
