Duties
- Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels.
- Straighten frames and structural components as needed.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
- Apply auto estimating techniques to assess damage scope and determine repair procedures accurately.
- Perform detailing and finishing work to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards before delivery to customers.
Experience
- Experience in auto body repair is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and operate various power tools efficiently.
