Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing repairs and installations
- Learn troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Help install water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer lines, and water piping systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow all company safety standards and Idaho plumbing codes
- Complete paperwork, training, and assigned tasks accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
