Duties

Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
Assist in preparing and reviewing construction estimates, contracts, and change orders with precision.
Must have own vehicle to make trips to various locations in Fairfield County.
Provide comprehensive office support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems and spreadsheet work.

Requirements

Ability to learn and adapt with strong background in sales.
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction management principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients and subcontractors
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently under pressure.
