Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary
Chesapeake Home Restoration is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the production team and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Transport materials to and from job sites.
- Oversee active projects to ensure quality and progress.
- Manage and communicate with crews on job sites.
- Conduct job site inspections and document project progress.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating project activities.
- Address project-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain communication with management regarding project status.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Construction or project management experience required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to travel throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia as project locations require.
Compensation
- Starting pay of $25.00 per hour, with higher compensation available based on experience.
- Gas stipend provided when using a personal vehicle for company business.
- Truck owners preferred.
- Monthly bonus potential based on performance.
